Sample Management system allows laboratories to manage Samples handled by them. Diverse categories of samples can be managed through the solution as per the Standards and Methods. Sample booking, Collections, Registrations, Quality Check, Proforma invoice, Tax Invoice, Revenue collection are handled through Sample Management Solutions. Tracking of Sample , Chain of Custody, Storage and Sample retention are possible through the solution in a highly controlled and regulated environment. Documents that need to be generated at each stage is also manageable through the system.
Laboratory Workflow Management takes care of workflow automation activities within the Laboratory and its Divisions. Sample receipt, Quality check, Job Assignment, Job card creation, Job Allocation, Quality check, Sample Preparation, Instrument Integration, Result entry, scientific data management etc. are handled through this module as per the process of ISO 17025, 15189 & 17043 standards. The Laboartory workflow management system also can be integrated with instrument Interface, Scientic Data Management System, Electronic Laboratory Note Books. Quality check, Quality Assurance, Authorization and Authenication Process are also built in to ensure Proper Process and Procedures are followed at each stage.
Laboratory test results can be either be Captured from the Instruments directly or manually entered, using Scientific Formulae and generate required Test results in an error free manner. The Test reports with graphical representation are also possible. The test reports and results can be transformed to CSV, JSON, XML or any other data format with facility to integrate with other IT systems. Partial Test Reports can also be delivered as per the customer requirements.
Quality Assurance module facilitate Laboratory manager to review the Results and take corrective actions wherever necessary with due review. Facility to send the sample for re-testing or re-sampling are also facilitated through this module. The QA module will ensure no Test reports will be issued without proper Review by the QA Department.
The Free LIMS Revenue Accounting system allows labs to account all the Revenues received against Laboratory testing and allied services. Facilities are available to create Tax Invoices, receive payments as Advance, against Invoice and against multiple invoices. The option to issue payment Receipts in digital form are also available. Facilities are available for electronic fund transfer and integrating with payment gateways.
With the help of the Free LIMS Laboratory Administration Module, Laboratories can configure Products, Verticals, Tests and Test Charges and manage Customers, Vendors, User rights and Privileges.
The Free LIMS Management Dashboard offers an easy-to-use view of the Laboratory Performance with Graphical representations for the executives and the concerned Head of the Operational Departments. Dashboard tabs are refreshed every time you select them so that you can see real-time Data.
